NISUS Awards 2006

Presented to Patty Fennell

(Received on Pattys' behalf by Mike Clark of HP)

Patty Fennell was the HP liaison sitting on the ITUG board long before SATUG existed, and also led HP’s Customer Liaison Office in Cupertino. She has always been hugely supportive of our efforts to start and run SATUG and contributed in many ways to our success. SATUG would'nt exist if Patty hadn’t been so supportive and helpful, something she demonstrated by attending as many SATUG conferences as she could.
Presented to Joyce Perrelli

(Received on Joyces' behalf by Mike Hurst of HP)

Joyce Perrelli worked with Patty Fennell in the Customer Liaison Office in Cupertino and since SATUG’s inception she has been instrumental
in making many aspects of SATUG a success. She really was our lifeline to HP and in that role she helped arrange the training days we’ve done
in previous years, arranged the sponsorship of the personalized gifts, helped organize the certification vouchers and so much more over the years, but due to early retirement she too will be sorely missed.
Presented to Anton Lessing

Anton joined the SATUG board in 1999, took over the Chairmanship in 2001 and maintained that role until 2004. Since he joined the SATUG board, Anton has worked tirelessly for SATUG but much more was to come. Anton became a Director of ITUG in 2002 and is still an active ITUG board member of which SATUG is very proud. His contribution and commitment to the Tandem community has been enormous is greatly appreciated by the SATUG board and our members.
Presented to Mike Clark

Mike needs no introduction to either the local or international Tandem community. Mike as been involved with SATUG since the very beginning and has continually used his good standing in the global Tandem community to influence and help the develop of SATUG in every way he has had had opportunity to!
